Q: How do I request a quote?
A: To request a quote, please email hello detailing the items and numbers you would like, as well as the date you wish to reserve them for.
Q: How do I reserve my items for my date?
A: After agreeing to the quote, your rental fee will reserve the items for your date. (Refundable security deposit is not required upon reservation, only the rental fee at that time).
Q: How long can I keep the items?
A: Rental periods are typically for about 3 days. It can be flexible so long as it does not interfere with the rental prior to or following yours. (See also below re: requesting pick up and drop off appointments).
Q: How can I pay?
A: If you wish to pay via etransfer, I will provide you a password to use for it. I cannot accept credit cards. Cash can be dropped off, if you’d prefer.
Q: How can I request a pick up and drop off appointment?
A: Rental pick ups and drop offs are by requesting an appointment only. Email
The pick up and drop off location is in Somerset SW, I will provide address once requested appointment is confirmed.
Q: How does the Refundable Security Deposit work?
A: The security deposit is refundable after the items have been returned and inspected to be in the same condition as when they were received. It is normal to allow time for unpacking, counting, inspecting after you return your items. Thank you in advance for your patience in the days following drop off, I may be booked solid with my Planning Clients, I am THRILLED! to be at their beck and call.
